Frank D. Thompson, II, attended Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While at Franklin & Marshall, Mr. Thompson was named to the dean’s list. Mr. Thompson graduated from Franklin & Marshall with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government with an emphasis on pre-law studies. Having a passion for the field of law, Mr. Thompson then attended Widener University School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware. During law school Mr. Thompson served as a judicial law clerk for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, where he assisted judges in conducting jury trials and drafting judicial opinions. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Thompson commenced his career as an attorney in civil litigation in New York State. Prior to joining Bell and Liss, Mr. Thompson practiced at two Am Law 100 law firms where he gained valuable experience and considerable knowledge in civil litigation and contractual disputes. Mr. Thompson is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Georgia, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Virginia, as well as various federal courts.
