Michael P. Bell is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1987. He is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Washington State Bar. Mr. Bell is a former prosecutor with the Assistant States Attorney office for Montgomery County, Maryland and a member of the Montgomery County and Maryland State Bar Associations. Prior to Bell and Liss, LLC, Mr. Bell practiced law with the real estate law firm Selzer and Roberge in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Mr. Bell has been a member of several successful title agencies, is an avid web designer and is primarily responsible for the design and implementation of Closeline’s proprietary web-based software platform. All of Mr. Bell’s designs are structured to foster Closeline’s National Closing and Escrow Platform. He also directed the overall design of Validata Lender Services Appraisal Management Platform. Mr. Bell is an avid pilot with a multi-engine ATP rating and flys volunteer missions for our Wounded Warriors as part of the Veteran's Airlift Command.
